Shipping Timeline

  • Our standard delivery time is 6–12 working days.
  • Since all our ceramics are made in small batches, dispatch may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
  • You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your order is processed.

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • After you place an order, our team will connect with you on WhatsApp to confirm details and provide advance payment instructions.
  • Please ensure your WhatsApp number is valid and active to avoid delays in order processing.

Advance Payment Terms

To confirm your order:

  • For orders above PKR 5,000, a 50% advance payment is required.
  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a PKR 500 advance is required.
  • Advance payments are refundable within 24 hours of payment.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production or packing may have started.

Full Payment Option

You may also choose to pay the full amount at checkout.

We require full payment before dispatch due to shipping label regulations (amount declared as PKR 0/-).

Why We Require Advance Payment

Our products are fragile, handcrafted, and made in limited quantities.
Advance payment confirms your commitment and helps us avoid wastage due to last-minute cancellations or no-response orders.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramics, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
  • However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos as proof, and we will assist you promptly.
  • In rare cases of replacement, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
