At Pots & Glazzio, each piece is crafted and packed with utmost care. However, if something goes wrong during transit, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement.
To file a claim, you must provide a complete, unedited video of the unboxing — starting from the sealed package to the discovery of the damaged item. This video acts as your proof of damage and is necessary for us to process your request.
Important:
Please open your parcel within 24 hours of delivery. Our items are packed using multiple protective layers, including bubble wrap and Thermocol. If left sealed for too long, heat may build up and cause paint or glaze damage, which will not be considered for claims.
Change of Mind / Product Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase. In rare cases, if an exchange is approved:
- You will be responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back to us.
- Any damage caused during return transit will not be our responsibility.
- Additional shipping charges will apply for sending out the replacement item.
