Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramics, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
  • However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos as proof, and we will assist you promptly.
  • In rare cases of replacement, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
